Have you ever tried to open the fresh oyster by yourself? It's not an easy job until you know the hints find a point to slice the oyster along its shell. Remember to cut off the mussel before you taste it. It is definitely a new challenge to me. I am addicted to all kind of Oyster, Yummy!!!
